YOGA…

Yoga is for everyone. I am devoted to creating safe, grounded, and beneficial experiences for all levels and all bodies. I have been professionally trained in Heart Inspired Hatha, and feel strongly about connecting with nature, mindful movement, breath, and community.

To the best of my ability, I practice presence, teach from personal experience and the heart, and attune to nature.

I am humbled and grateful to be a teacher and enjoy living yoga. I believe that inspiring personal practice is key! The greatest teacher is the one singing and dancing in your own heart. Yoga is a lifelong journey with the self, and this journey is about discovering our true potential in relationships and in the world. I look forward to sharing the practice.

Here is what some of her students are saying:

"Erica's yoga retreat not only benefited my physical yoga practice, but my inner yogi as well. She offers so much inspiration and insight on things that will help you on and off your mat. I could not have asked for a better week and am so happy I had the opportunity to be a part of it. " -Jessica Freiden

"Erica Hartnick has a beautiful way of teaching yoga. She has a way of connecting you to what is happening in the world by bringing compassion, love or simply thought, but also bringing that connection to yourself. She has a strong love for nature which shines through in her practice. Erica truly inspires me and teaches from a place of love."  -Kylee Young

"She works hard, puts her heart and soul into her teaching, and then laughs at herself during class. It's a wonderful balance to be in the presence of, and the yoga is amazing!"  -Kyle Connally
