Erica Hartnick grew up in the Sierra Nevada foothills in California and enjoys all things wild and free. She is grateful for the opportunity to live a life of adventure and exploration.
Currently, and for many years based out of Lake Tahoe and Costa Rica, she teaches nature inspired yoga and leads circles of connection. She also designs and hosts retreats and wellness experiences. Passions include; immersing in natural waters, wilderness rambles, living connections, and the creative process.
Her extensive yoga, travel, and outdoor experience led her to organically start Yoga Trade in 2012. She is devoted to sharing her love of nature, living yoga, and human potential with the world.
